• What does your wedding package include?

    All of my wedding packages include; one hour engagement shoot, a full day of coverage (I don’t believe in limiting the hours - I feel a wedding is a story that needs to be captured from start till the end) & all of the images are digitally supplied.

  • Can we meet you before making a booking?

    Absolutely! I cannot recommend this more, as I truly believe it gives us the opportunity to get to know each other a bit more & ultimately helps you feel more comfortable when we are shooting.

  • Will you direct us on how to pose?

    Of course, for the majority of the day, I’ll be telling you to forget that I’m there, as that is when the most authentic shots happen. However, when we are doing your couple shots I will be directing you in different poses to get the best pictures possible. I understand that many of us are camera shy, I have a few tricks up my sleeve in order to make you have a cracker of a time! I also believe meeting before the wedding & doing an engagement shoot really makes you become more comfortable with me behind the camera.

  • How long have you been working as a wedding photographer?

    I began second shooting for 3 different wedding photographers in 2015. I fell in love with capturing those special moments, the unnoticed moments, the natural moments. I started Georgina Leith Photography at the end of 2015 & have been taking pictures ever since. I absolutely  love what I do & can't believe that I have the wonderful job of 'Capturing happiness' for a living!

  • Do you have a second professional wedding photographer working with you on the day?

    Yes, I cannot always be in two places at once. I firmly believe in having a second photographer by my side on the day.

  • When will the photos be ready?

    It usually takes approximately 6-8 weeks for your images to be ready. Occasionally my turnaround time is sooner, depending on the time of year & wedding season. 

  • Do you require a meal on the day?

    After a full morning & afternoon of shooting, we get hungry & would very much appreciate a meal to fuel us for the remainder of the wedding.

  • Do you provide wedding albums?

    This will be a topic of discussion upon our first meeting. Some couples do not want a wedding album, which is why this is an additional fee to the wedding package.

  • How far do you travel?

    I cover the whole of South London/Johannesburg. If the journey ventures outside of these areas, there will be a travel & accommodation charge - this will be discussed during our first meeting.

  • What Equipment do you use?

    I will always have two camera’s with me on your wedding day, my second shooter will have one. This is purely for ‘backup’. All photographers shoot with Canon camera bodies, lenses and equipment.
